The price is $24.99, getting $10 off for what you already paid $5 for (and what many members already have) doesn't count. Also note that you are not allowed to purchase the $5 membership and then use the $10 credit right away, so it would take two visits.
It does count. You just go to free membership now to get $10 free credit (expires tomorrow, but credit is valid until mid October). You go to store during sale today or tomorrow & pay $14.99.

Was buying fire extinguisher for my Father, so he signed up as well. No problems with 2 purchases of little more than free credit on 2 memberships. New membership so no cards, they just looked up on computer.
title should say $24.99 as thats the price 'joe average' is going to be charged… your $10 freebie is something you should mention in the comment

I got my card membership card for free. they charge $5 now.you get $10 credit in ya membership account. don't listen to these other people. it was my experience at brimbank sca
