Never buying Made in China Oreo's again.

Appreciate the heads up on chips and choc. Keep up the good work Monty.

cant agree more! whilst on the subject, just wanted to warn others that even the Ritz biscuit are from China too. As well as mcain frozen vegies (from memory). My 2 cents - check the origin of any food you buy!

      There's no dairy in Oreos…

    • Exactly, they taste awful and should be even cheaper.

It is a little long but after looking at this video we all should have concerns about quality control in the country:
      http://www.aljazeera.com/programmes/101east/2014/08/food-tho…

While the above is about internal restaurants etc, we can't just assume that products for export are safe. My theory is where possibly avoid eating products from China until it can get its act together.

I love China, it is a great place. However, food quality is not something I associate with the country.

    • Oreos here are manufactured in Indonesia or Spain now.

  • 205.5g !!

Jeez I wish they would stop putting the Lindt chocolate on special. The OzBargainer in me loves it, and they are SO NICE (especially the coconut one and the salt one), but I am positive my current spare tire is courtesy of Lindt + Coles.

  • moar choccy!!!

more junk on special, more opportunity to get the masses hooked and reliant on crap. 2/3 of the catalogue is junk food. Society is doomed.

it's true for all the weekly catalogues….soft drinks, chips, lollies, processed food. but at least Lindt is decent chocolate

Time to stock up on the Lindt 90%…..

  • Sakata Rice Cracker 90g-100g $1.16

    +1 :)

  • What gives? Coles Online has Smith's chips only as 2 for $4, not $1.59 ea!
