EziBuy $30 Voucher with Free Click and Collect

Ezibuy just sends out this voucher to my mail box. Apparently it is not a targeted voucher, I used it twice with my partner account. Could be pick up from Big W store so save money on delivery.

I got some cushions, had good reviews on them

Minimum is 30+ ( I put a face cloth in to make it go above the requirement)

  • Still waiting on my order to be delivered to the local Big W. Got the shipping notification on Sunday, so hopefully will be there by the end of the week. Sucks about the people getting their orders cancelled :-/

    Placed few orders. Ezibuy cancelled all but 1 and received its delivery.

    They wiped my multiple accounts combining into one however order history is still unavailable to view.

    When contacted, Ezibuy customer service rep advised this was a targeted offer (for folks who were sent code in email/mail) and said my account was not eligible. Because,

    "promotion code ACQ4J1AA and ACQ4G2AC Offer valid until midnight AEST 30 September 2014. The promotion code must be used at the time of purchase to activate the offer. Order subtotal must be greater than discount total. Offer applies to purchases in a single transaction (excluding delivery charges). Offer excludes gift cards, top ups, Breast Cancer Research tees and personalised gifts. The discount is spread evenly across all items purchased. Our standard returns policy applies. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Cannot be applied to previously processed orders. Offer valid once only per customer for original recipient only".

    Although there is a contradiction with their standard terms and conditions, accordingly, the transaction will enter into a contract after supplier confirms the dispatch of item(s) which for couple of my orders was confirmed.

    But I think its a loosing battle if at all one wants to take it further.

  • Refunded via Paypal, no order cancellation email yet. Pathetic stuff up. Should have cancelled all properly, and sooner if they were going to.

  • Went and picked up my order and when I signed I could see one person with 10 different orders and a few with multi
    orders one family had a full page just with different first names . The lady ask what was going on was there a big sale on the ezibuy web site as she has never had this many orders in one delivery batch !

      I'm still waiting for my $4 refund!
      Are you guys getting Credit Card refunds at all? Did you need to call up and chase them?

      Or are they coming through automatically?
      Still no email, nothing. Order's History page still not working for me.

  • I just got an email informing me of a refund. I paid $6, my refund is $4.43 … and no explanation as to why I got the refund.

    Was this stipulated as a 1 order per household voucher? My mom, my sister and I each used the voucher on our own accounts to purchase stuff for each of us. My mothers was also refunded. Only my sister's went through.

      Just write back to them asking for full refund. Happened with me as well. They refunded full amount after writing back to them.

      • Turns out the 1 item wasn't in stock, so they never actually charged me for it. So they refunded only the portion they actually charged me for, so in essence, a full refund.

  • It's fair enough that they don't honour the orders, albeit a little disappointing. However to take 8 days to turn around and cancel orders is a bit poor.

    To be fair to Ezibuy, they have been inundated with far too many orders which may be 100x over what they usually receive with the same amount of staff. As 'justhooked' above said when they went to pick their order up there was a page of orders from just ONE family. If the sheet is anything like the one Woolies has, it's easily 30 orders at a minimum in the list.

    And the same staff have to individually pick & pack each order in the same amount of work hours. And I'm sure that is how Returns will work too, signing off from various people until it finally gets to the staff who will actually be the one processing the Refund for so many orders for so many CC's.

    Yes, they could have handled it better, instead of sending out emails saying Fraudulent use of the code.

    Disclaimer: Still waiting on my Order even though my CC was charged last week.

      Nah its BLAMING the customers and accusing them of fraud.
      That is where the enormous fail is. I thought virtually everyone in business did some kind of marketing component these days? This is hard core fail. Actually repelling customers and making sure they remember your name. Kind of the anti-Christ of advertising.

      • Especially since they shipped some orders. This was a great marketing opportunity for them. Businesses give away coupons and vouchers all the time, Supercheap is one great example of a business with top notch customer service and no qualms about giving people $20 credit to use on whatever they choose. Now ezibuy will have a flood of negative reviews and disappointed customers.

          Their Product Review front page is absolutely munted with "horrible experience" one star reviews. That plus the pages here at Ozbargain plus Facebook etc would have a quantifiable dollar value (in losses).
          Ultimately its just stupid of them, bad for their business.

  • My order is showing completed, but when I open the order details, the status is saying Processinh. I guess they are still working on the backlog to cancel orders.

  • Received order confirmation with oder number on 26-Sept.

    Received an email now they will cancel and refund.

    How come they send order confirmation with order reference numbe and after 7 days they are cancelling and will refund after another 7 days.

    Received a call with an apology regarding a technical issue with the promotional codes. Told my order would be refunded but I would still receive my order via post insted of Click and Collect.

    Got an email from Ezibuy this morning. They are going to send my order for free.

    Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful in contacting you by phone to discuss this order with you.

    We want to inform you that regrettably we have experienced an issue with this promotion code which has resulted in your order not being dispatched.
