I saw these today at Kmart Brunswick for $0.15. Where does it say yours are $0.05?

They've been 5c at K-Mart Southland for a couple of weeks so might be across the state.

It is state wide, I think there were 6,000 units of these coming through at the moment so I wouldn't be surprised if they were found regularly at more stores around VIC. They are obviously quite popular at this price with the decent weather though so don't expect them to be around for too long.
