These aren't made in China…
I was thinking of it as "Leather" (cough cough) like all the others on ebay.
As it seems to be real leather it's a very good price.
I would not be too concerned about where it's made, more about the type of material used, as there are so many various types of synthetic/reconstructed/hybrid leathers and or just vinyl passed of as leather. Yes, China often uses PU Leathers. Apart from that there are also huge differences in quality of leather depending on type and grade as well as where it was tanned. My first job 20 years ago was at an old fashioned saddlery manufacture and repair workshop, and if someone wanted a 25mm to 40mm strip of thick quality Australian Saddlery Grade leather, they were charged between $10 to $20 ( one offs but was also 20 years ago ). Even if this was made in India with cheaper grade Indian saddlery leather it is still great value for what it seems to be ( I have not seen it in person ).
