This is one of the deals that Centre Com has as part of their Dusk Till Dawn sales.
Another item which is a pretty good deal is the TP-LINK ArcherD7 AC1750 Wireless Dual Band GIGABIT ADSL2+ Modem @ $145 which I picked up last night. I'm not too familiar with the pricing of the other items though.

Shipping appears to start at around $7 for those that require it.

  We talking around 100MB RW speeds which is pretty damn nice but I still think the price should be around $30.00

  As a comparison you can get a 1000GB USB3 mechanical drive which reaches the same speeds (with large files) for around $70
