    It's just a little bit of added incentive on top of the free shipping, which could save rural customers quite a lot of money.         The majority of 'bargains' are from some form of sale or promotion, aka marketing. Whether or not its a 'ozbargain' worthy deal is entirely up to the community / voting system in place that makes this website great.

        We offer what we can, when we can and if this deal isn't popular we will go back to the drawing board and try again another day.
