      It's Chinese, but I kinda guessed my way through:

      1. Click the battery pack on the right.
      2. Scratch off the silver part of the sticker with the Chinese written on it (use a coin, don't scratch too hard or the numbers will come off too).
      3. Enter each row (top to bottom) of 5 digits in each box (left to right).
      4. Enter the verification code, which is a simple maths question (e.g. 9 + 5 = 14).
      5. Green tick is good.

    I got one of the Enjoypower 10400's and it is fantastic. Can charge my phone (Nokia Lumia 920) 5-6 times before it needs recharging itself. Highly recomended. PCLive have outstanding service too, fast shipping and well packaged.
