    Rep, you probably need to review your shipping company if that's what it's costing you to ship.
    If it's more a case of you charging a certain amount then I suggest you change heading from "shipping" to "postage and handling".

  I got some Knipex pliers (arguably better quality in all aspects) similar to this for cheaper delivered from the UK.

  Not sure this is really a deal. Not worth a neg but certainly not worth a +.
