Only supports Dual link DVI, no scalar, no hdmi, bad edge bleed, no deal

Wow that's crazy. No deal indeed.

    • +2

Aren't most DVI ports on newer cards dual link anyways?
This monitor has no scaler or additional ports because you are connecting straight to the panel, with no processing, reducing the input lag.

What the hell at no HDMI.

    Cheaper on eBay

Looking at the description/images I would guess it's even the same seller :P

I bought mine new 3 years ago for $280US (and mine had HDMI +dvi+ VGA too) delivered. I would have expected more of a price drop on what is an average monitor. No real brightness control, very thick bezels, rear buttons (actually pulled mine apart and stuck buttons to the front), blotchy blacks. I also found the colour to be off most noticeable on ozbargain's orange.

Bought one 2 or 3 years ago and still going strong. Screen quality is more than good enough for me (way better than my dell 23" IPS).

Was happy with the price at that time (circa $300 AUD).

For a refurb, I'd expect to pay less than this though.
