Hurry up and send out the $10 vouchers from the eneloop deal. Anybody know if there's a limit to how many voucher codes you can enter on a single purchase?

Also how do you get on the referral list? It's the same thread creator every time. Hurry up and make it a random link generator already…

    • +3

I asked COTD about the vouchers and they said they will be emailed tomorrow
      Probably timed after this sale

Also it's either the referrers or a random link, don't know what gives the op the right to choose anyone else

  • is the 10% off supposed to be appearing in my cart? or do you have to click the next step or something?

What is the above list "Add These items to your order to save on shipping"?
Not sure how would adding these save shipping.

        • I think it's to get to $100 to get the 10% off.

  • Shipping seems to be capped at $10.

  • Would have loved to have gotten that scooter but shipping is an extra $15 probably still a good buy but it added up in my cart. Thanks OP :) I finally got some kayanos and 2000s along with some other things ….the night after I promise I won't spend anymore money! Lol

  • For some reason I didn't see the 10% discount in cart either. I know the items were sale items.

Purchased anyway and support are checking it out.

Singer Bar Fridge $99 + $20 shipping is a bargain too.

    • $100 does not include shipping charges. You should have added a $1 item to bring your order up to $100.

      • I bought about $300 worth of stuff. The $99 fridge was 1 item.

        • On the bottom RHS of your screen there should be a "chat to us now" box. Give them your details and get them to apply the credit to your order.

        • Nope, the chat person wouldn't do it. After much chatting, I had to order, then they investigate.

"A support ticket has been created for your case. You will be emailed at [email protected] when it's resolved."

@rbaggio: It's a start. As long as you have purchased items totalling $100 or more from the sale you should get the difference back. Keep a screen shot of the T&Cs.

    • Shipping for me came up as $79…how did you get $20? Need a var fridge for my office and this would fit in perfect.

      EDIT:
Never mind, delivery to Perth is 80.

    • Did they get back to you?
What did you ask them for, the 10% or the shipping?

  • +1

    10% on orders > $100? Nope. More like < 7%

    Sub Total$159.84
    Postage $9.95
    Discount - $10.99
    Total $158.80

Also, postage is the same whether I add any of the items above or not.

dear god, i have a ridiculous amount of Rio underpants now

      Ditto >.<

  • I live in Ashfield NSW. Why my standard postage is $20.45?

  • Thanks OP, ordered for the first idea. Can any COTD regulars give me an idea of how long the order will take to get to Perth?

    • Expect highly variable shipping times. It can be up to a week before they ship out their products. I assume it has something to do with their sales volume, they can get fairly busy.

    • Usually takes around a week or slightly longer from when they ship the order, but they sometimes take a couple of weeks to do that. So around 2 or 3 weeks total.

    • Recent order with COTD took 3 days to dispatch and arrived a week from the dispatch date.

    • one to a few days for them to process the order. then it will take a week after they send you shipping confirmation to get to perth.

    • PS. How did you get past the 5 tag rule? You used 13?!

      huh?

      • "Please check Tagging Guidelines on how to properly tag a deal. Separate tags using comma. You should use no more than 5 tags to describe this offer."

        • oh . i didnt put the tags. It was a mod or superuser

Has anyone else got a ridiculous reply about the 10% off saga? Every item I bought was from the big sales they had and they are trying to tell me that only 3 of the items were included in those sales…. Is there somewhere that specifies which sales the 10% applied for?

  • Yeah I got the same BS reply about the 10% deal. I've looked everywhere but can't find any evidence of the deal (they've conveniently redirected all the links and removed the deal info from their site). Google Cache has some of the pages, but not the one with the portable HDD. I'm still pretty happy to get it for $100, but I won't stand for any company breaching the ACL. And now it's personal…

Did anyone successfully get the HDD for $90?

    • +2

This shows the HDD for $100 http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:tUrdxrq…

and you can clearly see 10% off cart for $100 plus spend http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:FUvux6T…

      • Thanks mate - But it seems this doesn't show the HDD included in the 10% off sale, just the $100 price.

I'm going to send it to them anyway and see what happens and if they fail to correct their error, I will be reporting them for breach of ACL. Will update with the response I get.

        • You will be fine. Firstly it shows it was part of the "Biggest Ever Sale" under the Technonlogy category.

Secondly, the 10% off $100 spend applied to the whole "Biggest Ever Sale". I'm sure with that information they should be able to add 1 + 1. Good luck.

    • Well I called them up on it and the person said they are sorry for the confusion !!??? And that they would offer me $15 refund or $20 catch of the day credit…. I did the maths and it should be an extra $18.40… I know it's only a couple of dollars but it's annoying the crap out of me how sneaky they are still trying to be!

    • I got my reply. They're claiming that the first sale ended slightly earlier than the other one. Since they've removed all evidence of this, I cannot disprove it.

"The sale you are referring to was our '6 Hour' sale. This promotion ran from 8pm on 16/10/2014 until 2am on 17/10/2014.

I have had a look into your order and can see the order was placed at 8.12am on 17/10/2014, therefore as your order was placed outside of when the promotion ran, it did not qualify for the 10% discount."

      • Well is it true your order was placed at 8:12am on 17/10/14? What time does your payment receipt say?

        • Yeah, so I didn't get 10% off but I did get it for $100. You win some, you lose some.

  • Fridge being delivered today, much earlier than anticipated!

Sadly I'm at work and can't sign for it.

  • I order $50 worth of items. The delivery came today. The only item they sent me $2 snakes.

I wasn't notified why 90% of my order isn't fulfilled or why I wasn't automatically sent a refund.

Please everyone, check your order against the original receipt (not the receipt they included in your delivery).

    • Eat those Snakes quick too, best before date is in about 3 weeks!
