Had a quick read through it and it looks quite good, assuming you don't need data/international calls & sms. Looks like a direct competitor to TPG's phone plans. Call rates/SMS rates look exactly the same too.
edit: iPrimus seems better than TPG for the two cheaper plans ($9.95 and $12.95) giving $75 and $180 respectively per month compared to TPG's $9.99 and $12.99 giving $50 and $150 respectively.
As for the iPrimus $19.95 plan ($350 cred) vs TPG's $19.99 ($300), TPG's one has "Free TPG to TPG Mobile - 1000 minutes per month" which is effectively like 'yes' time, despite $50 less credit. I would say TPG wins for the $20 plan.
