I think they can easily get away claiming it's just the name of the product. However the description on the page states:

That does not look very comfortable at all. Not to mention the 2nd image is not even a recliner.

Aldi 25th ,yesterday, had the same chairs with a drink holder for $50 . Mind you they are not the so called zero gravity yadda yadda, in the burbs us yokals call em reclining camp chairs.

I bought these for $10 each from K-mart or somewhere similar.
Comfortable, but cheaply constructed. I hope to get a few years out of them if we are careful.
Be careful when adjusting the angle while in it!
