edit: Just read the sidebar and it seems this is a refurb. Also only comes with 9 months international warranty as opposed to 1 year if you buy from the Apple Store.
Apple store has the 2gb ones for $69 not sure about the 4gb as they didn't seem to have any.

Dodgy deal this one
I got caught out with the discreet 'refurb' tag on another product they sold as well. (The sansa for $20). It's ridiculous that such an important feature of the item, ie whether it's new or used, isn't prominently placed. Even more ridiculous is that what IS prominently displayed is the savings, in which they compare their price to the price of a NEW version of the product.
I suspect their strategy is to snag the 20%+ people who visit the website who are too careless to catch the refurb tag. Given the kind of traffic these sites get they prob. get a tidy profit this way.
