Caltex has now been an affiliate partner of the MYER one program for over a year, enabling MYER one members to earn Shopping Credits for purchases made on fuel or in the convenience store at participating Caltex locations.
We are interested in hearing your feedback on Caltex so far.

Please complete our short survey and tell us your thoughts. The first 1000 members to complete the survey will receive 500 bonus Shopping Credits.

Shopping Credits will be allocated to Members' account as listed on the survey within 45 business days of the survey end date. Winners will be notified via email by 16 December 2014

    Myer One is one of the worst loyalty programs as points expire 24 months after earning.

        Well pretty much all loyalty programs have done away with points expiry.

        Major ones such as Flybuys, QFF, Velocity all no longer have points expiry! Myer One is dragging the chain here.

        No the points expire 24 months after they are earned. You are thinking of QFF where you need to earn at least 1 point every 12 months to avoid forfeiture of points.

    As usual, site are unavailable. Myer website always crashes.. Applied a card, called twice and still have not arrived after 2 months. I am giving up! Good Luck for all of you
