A little slower at 30mbps max speed compared to 48mbps on the Evo, I don't know if the sandisk is waterproof either

Small writes (4kb or less) on Sandisk is faster than the Evo. It depends on what you want to do with the card. If you want to store big media files, then the Evo is good. For OS and some apps that use a lot of smaller files then go for the Sandisk.
