Poly Carbonate Chair mats are the "Rolls Royce" of all chair mats, this unique material does not have the strong odor that many budget PVC chair mats have and is also ultra clear so that the carpet underneath shows through clearly - just like glass! (note the mat in the image looks black because it is on black carpet!)

This ultra clear material is very rigid and has grippers underneath to hold it on place on carpet floors.

These mats cant be compared with standard PVC chair mat material as this Poly Carbonate material is virtually odourless and is crystal clear and is a lot more rigid!

    The mats above are Poly Carbonate not PVC which is a far superior material, If you do a search for Poly Carbonate Chair Mats online you will see that this Overstock clearance is a bargain!

  I bought one and am sitting (on a chair) on it now. This replaces an older cracked PVC mat, and I think the quality upgrade is pretty obvious. Seems to be a really nice product. I am hypersensitive to odours, so I appreciate the lack of smell too.
