Thought its a great deal.

I bought a ticket to Taiwan with stop over in Singapore for only $890 return just then(which was lower than that promotional fare)

You might get lucky to find some ticket fares lower that that listed price.

    Hahaha, no worries. I am travelling to Taiwan next year March. Will divert from there to Japan, stay there for a few a weeks, then off to Singapore, then back home.

    IMO the deal is great. You might want to get in quick though. My original proposed date with the promo rate was sold out overnight. So I had to pick other dates. Good luck getting some nice fares!

      I usually get a quote from an Asian Travel Agent and ask Flight Centre to beat the quote. After that I purchase discount Flight Centre vouchers from either Gumtree or Ebay and ask the FC agent to credit it back to my credit card. Comes to about $770 per adult from Perth to Taipei (return via Singapore airlines)

        Hahaha, damn. Definitely a real OzBargainer. That's too much effort though! Going back and forth however $770 is def super cheap!! :D

        I have tried to get Flight Center to beat the price a long time ago, they said they can beat it by $1. :S #nothanks

        Since then I haven't gone back to them. lol.

  Just bought tickets to Taipei for Easter holiday. It's cheap as long as either departure or return dates is in March
