I just got back from the PAX expo and was super excited to finally see the new Saitek X-55 on special! Now I can finally part ways with my Saitek X-45 after a decade of use.

The next cheapest price on staticice is from ITEstate who have it for $254 + ~$15 shipping + %3 credit card surcharge.

    Sadly I'm looking for the X52 Pro version (impossible to find it seems), Don't like the feel of the joystick movement of the X55 Rhino.

    Just brought this for $259 a few days ago for Elite: Dangerous!

    Oh well! This is a great deal and highly recommended if anyone is looking for one. I've read some mixed reviews and some people have received faulty ones but mine has been flawless, definitely worth it!

    Looks solid as hell and has a very no-nonsense, militaristic aesthetic, unlike the X-52's dudebro-g4m3r looks and blue LEDs. Love those old school switches on it.

    No LCD screen but I'm guessing that was mostly a gimmick like on the Logitech G15s.

      Maaybbee, you could try calling PLE Computers and say you were at PAX and found out about the coupon to get the X-55 for $229 and the guy at the booth said it will be valid for about another week (This is actually what I got told, so I am surprised this deal has already expired).

      The coupon flyer they gave me though had no expiry date on it, so they might just say bad luck.
