I received this code in a targeted email. It doesn't appear to be single use but you might need to be logged in. See how you go.

Only valid for book purchases.

Usually Bookworld end up a few dollars more expensive than the other big online book retailers but with an additional 20% off the prices are very good.

It depends. I'd say that it is still worth looking on booko.com to compare prices before ordering.

Some good cookbooks that you'll struggle to find cheaper:
Plenty More by Yotam Ottolenghi $25.28
Ready For Dessert by David Lebovitz $33.10
Save with Jamie by Jamie Oliver $19.73

    • Great suggestion. Added to the Christmas pile.

  • Damn, I was trying not to spend and then this came up! I cancelled the my 3DS game order, because I couldn't decide which books I wanted to cut out. But cheers for the code, I managed to snag a pre-order of Murakami's new book! Reading the gift that keeps on giving, and taking money out of my wallet. :(

Cheapest price around for the World of Ice and fire for GOT fans! Thanks OP

  • Is this the place with the Citizens 10% discount?

    • Yes

      • They recently got rid of the citizen discount and integrated it into all their regular pricing.

        • oh:(

        • I have doubts they've discounted everything by 10%.

  • How long do they take for delivery ? It say 10-15 working days is that right ? :(

    • usually 4-5 days for me (vic 3195) MMV

    • Depends on the book. Some stuff they have at their local warehouse; others they have to source from overseas suppliers.

  • Thanks OP. Placed my pre-order for Veronica Mars Book #2!

Thanks OP; beat prices for four books I'd been holding out on buying from book depository; Book depository was offering a $10 voucher after buying four books, but this beat the total price without having to go out for a second purchase, cheers!

  • Thanks mate, bought a couple of books I've been hanging out for.

  • Thanks OP picked up a few books for Christmas presents that were unavailable on bookdepository

  • Thanks. Just saved $7 on the Veronica Roth Divergent series for a Xmas gift.

    Free shipping to australia.

Seem just as cheap compared to 20% off the book I looked at on bookworld.

  • I grabbed the first two Legend of Korra Artbooks for $54 compared to $74 on Amazon. Somehow the coupon plus the citizen discount gave me 40% off?

EDIT: tried again, doesn't do it anymore. Looks like I lucked out.

  • Just grabbed the lonely planet japan for 21.12 delivered. Stacked it with starthere cash back. I have no idea how they make money from that?

  • Just saved $6.50 off a book for a Xmas gift as well

  • Just to clarify, this is 20% off RRP (rather than an additional 20% off).

E.g. Books I purchased included ones on sale and overall discount after code was only c.10% off.

    • I think you'll find it's off their regular price, not RRP. That's how it worked for me.

      • Hmmm, I purchased the following:
RRP Current Discounted Price (without coupon)
        14.38 14.38
        29.99 26.99
        12.99 11.69
        12.99 10.79
        Total 70.35 63.85
        Discount with voucher: -7.37
        Net Price: 56.48

When I saw the 7.37 I was thinking how is it 20% of 63.85 so I looked at the "RRP"s listed on the site.

It seems a bit strange as I just tried with something already discounted and it gave a 20% discount on top… Am trying to contact them.

        • the discount only applies to books. did you have a mix of books and cds/dvds/stationery
