I found Seasons by Karingal interesting - they are a non-profit organisation that provide employment to people in Geelong living with a disability. Their jams and condiments are quite reaonsably priced and would make meaningful Christmas gifts. Shipping is usually $9.95.
I've never used this site or the above seller but may give them a try.
