It’s a great little Quadcopter that offers some video recording and still pictures taken during flight. Camera can be activated by radio control for video and still shots. That is a neat feature. 6 axis gyro offers great stability during flight and makes it a great little copter to learn to fly for beginners.

Plastic is very cheapish, and it uses old school gear motors that is noisy in some sense to record video. Camera is said to be HD but it records just 30fps 720P type video which definitely is not an HD so do not believe the lying manufacturer. Camera records low resolution pictures and videos which are good enough for a kid but not for some serious use.

All in all, it’s a neat little toy for people to learn to fly Quadcopter and have some fun taking low resolution pictures and videos.

          i ordered on 20/11 and my post NL tracking number only became active on 3/12…..Gearbest just stands by the usual BS of "the tracking company is slow and may take a while to register". Well FYI, my tracking still says "the item is pre-adviced" and i am worried hasn't even left the gearbest warehouse. Not expecting it before Xmas :(

          I asked about my delivery which also had a NL tracking number.
          I queried the pre-adviced notice on the tracking site and the shipped notice on the gearbest site.

          They said it had been shipped out and estimated time was 10 - 25 business days. Which is about standard from these joints along with the usual disclaimers:

          The precise shipping time can also be affected by factors such as customs,remote locations, peak shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals, inclement weather and operational issues impacting the shipping company.

          I'd be surprised to get it before the new year.

          Yeah - I'm getting the same story. Pre-adviced, slow posting companies, etc. Fingers crossed for Christmas, but I think my chances are slim and decreasing with each passing day.

          Do they reroute their products via Nederland's? Hong Kong or anywhere in China should make it to Aus within a month. I'd be pretty disappointed with arrival after Xmas , but after my experience with dashcam delivery it might be the case.

          @hitman47: Nope. Still the same story. I've been in contact with their support team who while polite, don't seem to have much power. I'm awaiting for confirmation that it has actually been sent still. Their system says yes, tracking company says not found.

        HI Guys, just an update.
        Unit arrived this morning in Perth WA.
        Can't quite remember but I think I chose the Singapore post option on the shipping, with insurance.

        Batteries on charge now :)

      Cool so about 5 days from sorting center to Aus…. My order got to the sorting center on Thursday, so I'm a bit more hopeful now.

    terrible service from gearbest. ordered it on 14 Dec. they are not shipping it, today is 24 dec, its 10 days. asked 3 times by their ticketing system. but they are not specifically telling when they will ship it. just telling soon, or asap bla bla.

    Anyone find the controls too sensitive? Crashed mine a few times already so far but its holding up well. First time using a quad

      It does seem very sensitive (and sometimes I freak out and forget which way to steer), but I have no frame of reference as I've never tried one before either.

      On my last flight the resulting videos were corrupted for some reason. I think a crash may have popped out the exposed memory card a bit

        Same thing happened to me some files couldn't be played. I found it hard to control even just easing on the throttle slightly, heard people have had issues with the propellers being installed incorrectly so I've gotta check mine. The reviewers make flying seem easy.

          Scratch that it's working good just need to practise more and work the trim buttons. i get confused and in a panic can hit the throttle to max haha. It seems pretty durable though, hit quite a few things including my hands with the motors on and the syma is not falling apart just yet unlike other Chinese stuff.
