    Serious question Jason. Does this receiver have hdmi/hdcp2.2 capability? If not how will 4K passthrough work?

    Short answer is that without hdcp2.2, "4K ready" is currently a claim which can't be justified.

    The receiver has hdmi/hdcp2.0 capability which is enough for passthrough. 2.2 is for passthrough AND 4k processing.
