Accounts currently not on a plan can also get two free months.

Credit expires on the 25th of January 2015

    • Do you have an existing membership active?

      • I have an audible account, but am not on any monthly plans.

        • Hmmm… that is odd then.

That's not a bold statement you made there.

That's not a bold statement you made there.

          I'm low on ink.

    • It seems that you get that error because you are already an existing member. I have the same error when I try to get the 2 months free, but I can get the $10 credit OK.

      • +1

That's the error I get when I try and get the $10 credit. :(

  • You can also get a free Audio book by using this link, I listen to too many Hearthstone Podcasts

    • You can also get a free Audio book by using this link

If you're not already a member.

  • Worked for me. US account. Champion OP.

  • Thanks OP - two more free audio books + $10 credit.

I don't get how the buy 4, get $10 is a deal though - can someone please explain!?

    • +1

There's a promo where if you buy four books priced normally over 14.99, you'll be credited back $10. That $10 can then go towards a fifth book and is $10 you normally wouldn't otherwise get.

    • EDIT: I figured out what the OP was getting at: Use the original $10 credit from Verizon to purchase 4x Audiobooks valued at over $14.95 so you'll get another $10.

How? The "whispersync-ready" books are all free atm, and their accompanying audiobooks are all $0.99 (most of which are actually priced at over $14.95, but marked down to $0.99). So, get the free kindle book, and on the next page buy the the accompanying audio-book for $0.99. Do this 4x timess, and you'll get another $10 voucher between here and the 5th of December (as the T&C's state).

      • *You must purchase 4 or more audiobooks between November 1, 2014 and November 27, 2014, at 11:59 PM ET (US).

considering we are almost a day ahead of the US this hasn't started yet.

        • Do you mean Finished? Yes, the promo will end on the 28th 7:59pm AEDT

  • Congratulations!

A $10.00 coupon has been placed in your account. Use it on your next audiobook purchase from Audible before 01-25-2015.

  • I'm on their Light plan ($10pa) and I still got the $10 Credit.

Please note that you can get 3 months of membership for $5.85 in total at the moment using coupon code HOLIDAY14. That works out to be even cheaper than 2 months free and the 3rd month at the normal price. I found that deal from here and verified that it works: http://www.retailmenot.com/view/audible.com?c=6348137

  • Gr8 thanks op.

thanks. got 2 months free plus $10 credit.
now I just have to remember to cancel after Xmas…

  • Is there a free month or two account I can sign up for now, and tomorrow claim this?

  • +2

Cancel straight away (http://www.audible.com/cancel-membership) with reason "The membership fee was too expensive" to be offered a $20 credit to stay.

    • -1

Can you cancel it again after you spend the $20 and not be charged anything?

  • +1

Looks like you can double dip, if you're new to Audible.

Sign up for an account to get two months free, then return to that page and click the "Sign In" button under "Already a member?" to claim the additional $10 credit.

  • Thanks Op , got the free 2 months and the $10 Credit

It's still valid, apparently there was glitch that made it expire early.

      • YES! Thank you!

  • One has to be with Verizon to get the deal/s?

  • Got the 10 bucks, then cancelled my subscription, got offered a free book to change my mind, accepted the offer, got the book, cancelled anyway, then clicked the link again and received the first credit, next one follows next month :)

    Rinse and repeat :)

    • Lol I got offered a $20 credit. But dammit, I was too late and didn't get another 2 free months (but I did get the $10).

      • +1

So you know what to do next time. These specials keep popping up :)

        • I signed up for another month free trial and got 2 more credits lol

  • Is it time to cancel now as we have used up 2 credits?
    Thanks
