As title, Cashrewards is running an offer 'up to 80% cashback' on Surface 2. Normal price on Microsoft store is $299.

P/S: 80% is hard to believe. That's why I say only people who is looking for Surface 2 should try this. Not sure how much cashback for 'up to 80% cashback'.

  Seems too good to be true….. :) Somebody has mistakenly (PRICE ERROR!) added an 0 or removed the . to the 8.0% to be 80%! The discount of $240 is just an automated amount

    No, it's always been like that. Emailed them previously, the 80% is only on certain software

        True but RT is an utter rubbish :/ have one of them. The only positive thing about this tablet is the Microsoft office but it runs horribly and lags when you try to work on a document.

        I recommend people to buy a chrome book instead of buying this.

        @Letrico: Surface RT looks like a bloody good tablet for that price, no other non windows tablet can be nearly as productive as the RT 2 and it's only $300, it's still more productive than a chromebook.

  Be aware if you are to take advantage of this you have to go the cash rewards site prior to buying on the Microsoft Store - don't do what I did thinking you could redeem a receipt - at that stage it's all over and too late
