The Asus Laptops have been fully refurbished by Asus Australia to the highest possible standards. They are NOT refurbished by a 3rd party, like some other products. They have been resealed with the manufacturers sticker on them.

The laptops are in full working order and carry a full 12 month warranty.

As they are refurbished stock, there may be very minor surface marks on them and we have inspected several units and they look like new. They have re-used the packaging to save costs and the environment, but the contents inside are in the highest possible condition.

  If they were refurbished to the highest possible standards, they would not have ANY marks on them - example, Apple refurbs.

  I was just thinking.. how many Asus Refurb offers for these T100 style units I see on here, why so many Refurbs to begin with? is there some serious flaw with the design of this unit?

    Yes, the screen is made of wafer, they cracked easily. Don't bother asking them for warranty repair, they will charge you $350 for screen replacement, that is if your lcd still intact. A friend of mine bought this for his daughter as part of year 9 requirement and a bunch of other parents, and every single one from her grade has cracked screen.

      wafer? LOL. the mouse might eat it first before it cracks by itself. Maybe ASUS T100 uses the same glass manufacturer that also makes glass for Sony Xperia Z phones.
