Damn! That is some mighty profit for a $20 adapter. Recoup costs twice the amount of the bundle & keep the game. Might sell mine & re-buy it when they release it to retail.

You're referring to this right? I haven't held one, but they're a 3rd party controller and probably don't feel as good as the real ones, like the actual limited run Gamecube controller that still uses the Gamecube connector:
