Not as good as the HN deal but still good. Several available at Brisbane City OW at the time of posting, check your local store. Great speaker, well reviewed.

      Im getting one for conferencing. Just read a review, apparently the mic is muffled and doesn't pick up voices more than a couple of metres away but ill get just the same.

    The last Bluetooth speaker I bought sounded great when you plugged into it by cable, but crap via Bluetooth.

      Listening to it now, I'm in love with it! It's the size of two hockey pucs stacked on top of each other or a McMuffin. Just made a phone call to mate, that sound was a bit broken and average but all in all for $28 it's great! I replaced the grey string handle with a silver carabiner and now it looks schmick and can clip into front of backpack when walking.

      It is fairly loud, but for the best bang for buck in loudness you should buy this http://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/jenkins-porta… I bought one and went and got two more to gift to friends. They are not as bassy but perfom quite well at the price. The other downer is that they don't have 3.5mm pin slot so they are BT only. But for $8 i couldn't complain

    Bought one. It's my first mini speaker ever so I really don't have much to compare with, but I'm extremely happy with it. It really packs quite a punch for the small size. I love the design and it is very easy to use. Thanks to the OP for the post
