Sorry its so late into the day but it seems like this one has been kept secret by Myer.
It does say 'Original vouchers only' So unfortunately it may not work depending on the staff member you get.

Might be worth a better picture or (even better) scan both sides so people can have a better chance of creating an original voucher :)
It's a shame that this isn't accessible without an original
I went to Myers and they were giving out brochures .. Once I got to the checkout I just mentioned the offer and they had the barcode voucher by the register to scan.
