I was looking for my mates league pass login for the Cavs v Knicks game on Gmail and searched NBA and this popped up as unread email, was sent on 26 November. Was stoked.
Going to do a monthly payments.
End of the day its only about $15 - $20 saving. Not bad but still 15 or so games in.

Cant check it yet (at work) but it seems Zambia was the cheapest this year. I believe League Pass (not premium) was $US99

The cheapest I found when scanning quickly through some of the proxies in the list was Algeria.
$DZD 8399.99, at the time of my post this was $AUD 116.32 current exchange rate
I ended up going with Ghana though, also $USD 99, like Zambia. I felt too dodgy paying for anything in $DZD's to save a couple of dollars.

I read a few dodgy reviews on speed with ball streams, nothing worst than lag. Keen to give it a shot at some stage.

unbeatable. They've got servers in Aus now too. I've got ADSL2+ which syncs around 14-15000, and I have not experienced any lag or dropouts.
I haven't used ballstreams this season but I had it last season. Even before they had oz servers I had almost zero lag on my 10mb adsl connection.

True, they need the price to automatically fall through the season… But as if that is ever going to happen.
I personally don't care if I miss the start of the season, so for me I'd rather just pay 15% less and feel like I'm getting a good deal ;)

1 month in and NOW the action starts heating up. Half the teams are still getting a handle on things this early on, line up changes, resting big names. Start of the season no great loss. End of the season… now thats a different story!
You are absolutely correct, I just don't give a damn about the first 15 or so games of the season.

Also the exchange rate is much worse now unfortunately. Was worth a gamble for some. Personally, I couldn't miss any of the action such as the first Cleveland Vs Miami game. I recall paying around $165 for premium via Canada. I could have got it a bit cheaper but wanted to use PayPal and was happy with the price.
I signed up with Hola through Cape Verde at the start of the season. Neulion (the NBA League pass people) actually cancelled my account and refunded my money recently, without explanation.
I'm a Knicks fan, so I'm not sure that it's worth signing back up…although we're currently beating the Cavs, as I type this (it won't last).

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it cheaper to just do monthly payments at this stage. Assuming Zambia proxy, then thats $12 US per month with 7 months remaining in the season which makes it $84US. Less 10% and thats approx $75 US for the rest of the season. Am I missing something?

Also not sure how future months get charged if you've used a proxy? Would it revert to AUD the next month?
You risk the AUD falling as well, though it would probably still work out cheaper.

No particular channel, I just search a day or two after the live game that I want. Oftentimes, I just watch the full game highlights (usually around 8-15 minutes). Occasionally, full games are available a few days after the live game.

Nah just install Hola for your Chrome browser. Then use that to set your country to Zambia.
Grabbed the standard pass using Hola and Zambia as my 'home country'. Works just fine without VPNs or any proxies on my tablet and PC, although Xbox Live is apparently playing up and so I can't get games on the big screen just yet.
