    Can't order/buy anything because of error.

    Their 1800 number is constantly engaged.

    EDIT:
    This number works +61 2 8306 3300
    However, they don't appear to care.
    I guess because they think it is just me?
    Maybe if all you people also call them they may get it fixed?
