Does the free shipping just apply when you enter an amex number? Do bank issued amex qualify?
I just had $103 US worth of items in my cart and they are still charging me $46 for shipping. I am also using bank issued Amex so if anyone else can confirm that would be great

@mouseketeer: No no registering for this deal. If you have the correct items in your cart, sold and shipped by amazon and over $100 US before shipping, it will take the cost of the shipping off prior to you clicking confirm.
