I also like the ability to choose the size of my boner, which is not common in other products. Many say that size doesn't matter but I disagree. It makes all the difference no matter what you've been told.
By Pelletman: I purchased the Wunder Boner thinking it was a joke, but it really did work on d-boning my trout. I followed the instructions and refrigerated the fish prior to using it and it removed every bone in all 8 trout I caught. Who would have thought a product with that name would be work so well? Not sure it would work on the catfish I catch but can tell you it works on trout!
