The game is a tad cheaper on Nuuvem, but some might not feel uncomfortable dealing with them (Greenman have improved this year), + there are probably more currency conversion fees on the Real than the US dollar.

    standard = last gen (PS3/X360) graphics
    definitive = current gen (PS4/X1) graphics

        Content wise, standard with dlc is the same as definitive.

        Graphics are very different if you have the hardware for it.

  This is what the description says, anyway:
