Carte Noire Millicano Instant Coffee 100g $2 (Was $9.99) @ Coles Melbourne Central

60

Found this at Melbourne Central. $2 for 100 grams of Carte Noire Millicano Instant Coffee. Down from $9.99

There are about 10 more tins on the shelf. Staff said there are more boxes at the back.

Never taste this one before, but pretty sure it will be better than International Roast.

Might be store specific only since there is a 'reduced to clear' sticker.

Its actually incredibly good for instant. Much better than Nescafe Blend 43. Its better than Nescafe's own version of this…ground/instant mix…called Azura. Highly recommended

I have a very expensive prosumer machine at work and get freshly roasted coffee beans, and I still switch to the Millicano for the quick instant coffee hit!

Anything tastes better than 'Bland 43'.

      • Im surprised at the comments below. Most reviews are also positive about this product too. I do like the instant coffee taste though. Adds a bit of variety alternating between espresso, plunger and instant.

  • You will have to report back with a review OP. My immediate reaction to this coffee was that it tasted like burnt bread crumbs. My taste-buds may broken however.

  • I love normal carte noire especially intense version so I was expecting a lot when I bought this. Same like Danam I didn't even drink it. It tastes like sh*t!

    • hey 2 bucks is quite a bargain for sh*t

  • This coffee isn't very good. I got given two boxes and I've barely touched one. The normal Carte Noire is quite delicious but this coffee is horrible.

  • $2 at my local Coles but all have use by date Jan 2015 that's why they are reduced to clear.

Not sure about this one but bought the 200g jar when they were 1/2 price was not happy with the taste.
