      Hah, yes, and this. Gabe fleeced me big time! I have quite a few games in my library. A few (maybe more than a few, ok a lot) unplayed….but I love a new bargain! and I have a short attention span.

  Agreed. I actually ended up purchasing games in my wishlist off Amazon or GMG since they have larger discount and cheaper base price on some titles.

  Yeah, really needs to get to $15 again. I got it during the pre-sales auctions. Bought a pile of gems enough for that for $6 at the right time. By the time I won the auction the prerequisite amount of gems had increased to a market value of about $15, so it was enough to win YNAB. Lovely stuff.
  
  In the auctions there's about four layers. One is the stuff on the front few pages and that's recently released/very popular. Inflated prices. Then there's the stuff that's going for prices that would match about the biggest discount to be expected during the sales - YNAB was one of those. Then there's the things that are not very good or just have a small audience, which will go for prices people would want to see, regardless of actual pricing (aerofly FS comes to mind) and then there's a floor.
  
  The third category in particular I hope Steam and publishers will have a very close look at for pricing etc.
