Open/install the Applestore app and scroll down on the featured tab. Select "Download Waterlogue for free" link

  Seems to only be available in the iPhone Apple Store. Tried on the iPad, just links to the AppStore at full price (there is no download free link).

  Must be done from iphone, IOS 7.0 or greater, and from apple store app (apple in bag icon) not the big A app. You may need to install this specific apple store app (as linked by poster) because your default IOS probably does not include it.

  Want this for an ipad and don't have an iphone? Find somebody with an iphone, change apple id to yours, do your stuff, then change apple id back to original. Now you own this app for free and can install on your ipad.

        That's right, it is only free when got thru iphone. And, must be got thru the correct apple store app.
