doubt it's an everyday price, they're just matching harvey norman's price so they don't have to beat it by 5%

      • Has been that price at OW for a few weeks now.
edit..Just checked OW again… now up to $319 and locals here are out of stock.

What do you mean it's "not available to click and collect or for online sale though"??

      • xywolap posted officeworks have the tablet at everyday price of $248 but if you click on the link to the product it says "not available to click and collect or for online sale"
Well it does on my end anyway.

Then you should have replied to xywolap's comment, instead of making a new, separate comment

        • -3

          It wasn't a separate comment.
It was in reply to xywolap's post.
          Thankyou for the reply.

        • @Northroo1: It was a separate comment, because you didn't click on "reply" under xywolap's comment, as you have with the replies to my comments. If you had, it would have appeared indented under xywolap's comment, instead of aligned directly beneath it.

        • Get a life and stop trolling
I've noticed most of your previous comments are of a similar negative nature.
Wouldn't it be good if you made some positive contribution to this site by submitting bargains instead.

        • @Northroo1: If you believe I'm trolling, report me to the mods.
I speak the honest truth, I can't help it if people don't like the truth, or pointing out the facts.
I will share more bargains when I find ones that are widespread, haven't been posted by anyone else, & are going to last for more than 5 minutes.
I don't see the point in posting the weekly catalogues that are available online, & I don't spend my time surfing websites trying to find savings on things if I'm not looking to buy them.

        • @Northroo1:

Its is a seprerate comment, if it was a reply it would be under xywolaps post

        • Zelda707 does it really matter?
I answered Amy_c question out of politeness and got an ungrateful response.
It would be like me complaining about your spelling and grammatical errors.
          Very petty indeed.
I thought that i replied to xywolap post but maybe i posted a new comment i just don't recall doing that.
          Time for a bourbon.

i think the hp x2 has better specs but sold out already…

    • The HP 10.1" at OW looked like a hot deal to me too until I tried it out in a couple of stores.
Both had a dim display even though the setting was at max, the audio was way to soft and both seemed a bit slower than I would have expected from a machine with those specs. The Samsung seemed much more responsive and the screen was much clearer. JMO :-) …

Bought one this morning at TGG Malaga (WA) after price matched.

officeworks had this price for atleast couple of weeks…

Not commenting on the deal as such, but 1280 x 820 on a 10" screen is pretty sparse IMO. I bought the 8" version of this tablet during the Boxing Day Sales, also has a 1280 x 820 resolution. It's acceptable on that size for a <$200 tablet, but I'm not sure how decent the screen will look at 10". Anyway, carry on…

      it looks fine

its plenty of screen dpi for most normal purposes

i know people really want ~2,500 x 1,500 but that one is twice the price

to normal people ('non nerds') this tablet is all that they need

I agree. Good enough to watch movies on the train without thinking that "This is blurry" ect..

    Back to $344 :(

  • Currently $286. Can anyone comment on this compared to LG G Pad 10.1 at $278 from HN also?
I realise both are ordinary, looks like Samsung is lighter, higher RAM , but smaller battery no IR and TouchWiz as negs
Was hoping to put 128GB SD card in either, and sell my Ipod Classic to recoup some cost.

  • now $319??
