No, as I understand it is at their discretion as they state:
"Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order."
Also had a strange talk with Microsoft support, they said that:
Warranty is not international and taking Surface outside the purchase region technically voids the warranty -

hope you guys got a good one. picked mine up this afternoon, was so happy, went home, switch on, started configuration and i notice that part of the screen is not responding to my touch… posted on Whirlpool and someone suggested that i use Paint to draw and here's the results

I had a similar problem with mine. I had a 1cm line down the screen which didn't respond.
Took it back to jb and they replaced it on the spot.
The new system works fine.

Does HN offer returns (without cause) within 30 days as per the Microsoft store? I'd like to try this laptop out, but I am concerned it may not meet my needs…
