Case Leffe Blonde Beer $59.90 + Delivery - Dan Murphy's

120

Was $99.90 but $59.90 Delivery only. Haven't tried it but rates well on the Dm site. Possibility of matching price in-store.

Liquor Style: Ale

Varietal: International Beer

Leffe Blonde is a Belgian Abbey Ale, golden in colour. It has a delicate aroma of smoked bacon which combines beautifully with the more obvious aromas of caramel and toffee which are derived from the special Aromatic malts used. These malts go through a special kilning process which dries and cures the malt at high temperatures resulting in high soluble sugar levels giving Leffe its distinctive colour, aroma and flavour.

  • Aromas of smoked bacon, caramel and toffee. It's beer ffs. $59.95 is ALDI's normal price iirc.

hmm, it says 'special buy' the other varieties are at $80.
Still - this is good for those of us out west, without Aldis.

  • Still a good deal for click and collect. Aldi is where I've got mine from but only with their free shipping.

Aldi have Brune too which I love a bit more than Blonde.

I tried click and collect and the price went to 99.90.

Delivery is 7.90 for Perth people

    • Ah, that stinks that click and collect doesn't work.

    • Same with me, cheap price right up until selecting click and collect at checkout

  • There may be a wine with free shipping deal around to get cheap shipping.

Sadly that loophole was fixed with DM shipping.

As far as I know, Aldi are the only ones that are "Australian" enough to allow beer with their free shipping offers. :)

DM do have that delivery club thing where you pay $50 for "free shipping" for a year. but of course they bloody well limit you to 10 cases of beer. So that works out to $5 a carton shipping if you get 10 cases a year. If I got all my beer from DM that'd be great. But to date, I've bought one carton from them.
