  • Plus postage.

    • ditto…this kinda makes it less appealing…target sometimes have 50% off appliances which price would be similar to this..

  • What is the difference between a cheap toaster and an expensive one usually?

I've seen $5 toasters from like Coles and like $100 ones.

    • oh big difference - I had the cheap coles one too, it didnt even toast evenly, it was half toasted half cold/warm/white

    • Expensive ones have bigger holes

      • Bigger holes doesn't mean its better than the ones with smaller holes though.

        • that's what he says… lol

        • It means loaves like tip top cafe range will fit!

    • i have this toaster, it DOES NOT toast evenly. i tend to use my BOV800 now.

      • Ours does. This was about $90 RRP. We bought ours for about the same price as TGG display stock. Absolutely no comparison between decent toasters and cheapies.

THANKY0U worked for me. Bought one for family gift. Thanks OP.

    • other than the functionality differences, there are visual appealing differences as well. (just like when you compare a sub $8k cherry motors hatchback with, say a $600k mclaren supercar)

      • Do you worry about what the neighbours think because your toaster doesn't look right?

  • THANK YOU code works. $21.08 delivered.

    • What code?

      • "THANKYOU"

        • +1

I didn't do anything. Why are you thanking me?

        • @tomkun01: "THANKYOU" for being you.

        • +1

@dinalt: you mean me? or you? ;P

      • THANKYOU. Your welcome :)

  • Cheers end up costing $11.08 delivered:)

    • how?

  • how are you guys getting it for $11.08 delivered? my cart says $21.08 delivered

    • I had a $10 voucher.

      • You could have paid even less if you had a different voucher.

This is probably the best deal on the site at the moment here MOD: NSFW

    • MY EYES.

    • Goes well with THIS other clearance item.

  • But how does it actually toast?!!

    • +1

      It uses electricity.

First you insert the slices of bread into the 2 slots at the top. Press down on the lever, and the bread is lowered into position and the electricity is automatically switched on.

At each side of the bread, inbuilt heating elements convert the electricty to infra red radiation (heat). This heat is what actually toasts the bread.

      • TL;DR. It's magic.
