$9.99 for a door rope gym seems like a bloody good deal. I thing I paid almost $30 for mine (delivered) from eBay a few months ago.

    For a warm-up or even light workout, they are great. Nothing like a proper weight-bearing workout, of course, but safe, simple and convenient. Your mileage may vary.
