You will need a DOS Emulator to play them.

I am also not sure when this expires so it may well be available past Sunday.

It's been free since 2009. Won't expire, as it's now abandonware.

You may / may not be interested in Wikipedia's big list of commercial video games released as freeware

NesBox.com also used to be a good site to play old SNES games on, but their ROMS were removed for copyright infringement. You can still play old NES games in browser but I won't provide any links — google it yourself.
