not the best variety this time.

    • Ye, I agree EC. Not the best, but one or two items appear ok'ish :)

  • HP 1410 24 Ports Switch specs:

    • 24 RJ-45 autosensing 10/100 ports
    • Supports a maximum of 24 autosensing 10/100 ports
    • HP 1410-24-R switch is an 24-port 10/100/1000 unmanaged switch with full rackwidth and internal power supply.

Which is it, 10/100 or Gigabit?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but fairly certain that the ports on the switch are only 10/100, but the switch can handle gigabit bandwidth across all 24 ports.

      • You are correct, this particular model JD986B is 10/100 only.

The HP website sucks and the description they have used here is a generic one applicable to the whole 1410 series (which does include 10/100 and 10/100/1000 switches across the range of 1410s)

  • Have to admit that is not their best trifecta. I checked this deal in the morning and couldn't find a combination worth the $69 plus shipping.

  • Good price on that TP-Link Wireless Syrveukkabce Camera

    • what language is that? or rather what keyboard are you using?! ;P

It's the new wireless camera designed with the help of IKEA.

  • I am looking for a ADSL 2+ modem/router to replace the crappy Huawei ones came with the TPG plan. I saw this deal and thought good timing, then I found that the TP-Link TD-W8970 Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router is out of stock, no luck… Is this modem any good anyone?

  • A slow start to the year…

  • Quirky list of parts. It's a pity that a portable (USB) DVD drive isn't on there, as I am needing one

  • TPLink 8970 already sold out? too little stock then

Shopping Express service is slipping lately. I have emailed them 4 times since 4 January and still haven't had reply :(

Not sure if I'm the only one who got terrible & horrible experience with shopping express as a first customer.
Anyway I bought this monitor which is glossy. It took me 1 day to realize it, I know it's my fault

I contacted them before christmas at 12 December 2014 through both email ([email protected]) & their web enquiry ticket which I found the best to explain their situation rather than through phone(I'm introvert so not really good at social engagement anyway). Then I immediately call them to stop the order quickly,Guess what? They just not really helpful at all. I know that the item is still in Adelaide because I can track the item, yet they said that they can't take it back (I'm in Darwin anyway). They told me to wait until the package arrive and contacted them again.

Nek Minnit, After the item arrived in 1 week, I tried to call them again. The same guy who I called last week received it & told me to contact them through email so that they can give a procedure to ship the item back. I sent them email 4 times BUT until now there is NO RESPOND at all.Absolutely MENTAL, even Centrecom which had quite bad reputation at least respond in 1-3 days . This make me think again when I order from them.

ShoppingExpress is OK , the item I received have no problem at all (As far as I know, let's see). BUT If you got wrong order or stuff like that which require you to contact them, you're (profanity). You had to contact them through phone which I think isn't always the best method to explain situation. Anyway the people who receive the call is either dislike the verbal communication OR sick of working there, he isn't not that polite & isn't really helpful at all!!

  • I need a new router is the Linksys EA4500 N900 Dual-Band Wireless Router any good?

  • anyone in Sydney want anything from group B and C? I just want the deathadder
