MSY apparently has one dollar shipping (99 cents) if you choose to pay by PayPal.

Starts this Friday and ends on Monday.

Update: there is a 2% Handling fee apply. (As pointed out by: s3lh, da_lot, sween64, regenade)

  I just got an email that they'll refund me. Apparently, my order got damaged. Or so they say. Man, MSY really are <censored> useless!! Why do I still order stuff from them?? Why do I keep giving them my money only to later be refunded again?? Just a waste of time! When will I learn?! :(
