  Not a bad take on Supes but this isn't really a bargain as it is a first chapter free type deal. You still need to shell out $US10.99 for the story. It's not like this is even the first issue and you can download it and save money on the rest of the story.

    Even so, in 2 weeks they'll go back to charging 99c for it. I think it is worth highlighting these purely for the sake of discovery, as I'd never look twice at this title if they were charging. But now I'll read it, and i may enjoy it and choose to continue. Except its superman and I can't stand superman.
