ive been buying from them for over 2 months. Never had a problem.
One error in ~ 13 orders and they refunded on the spot.
They have improved compared to 1 year ago. Its because they now have their own warehouse in AU and a few overseas.
People tends to believe bad experience only happen to others. Good luck for your future purchases.
You'll find people tend to only write a review when they have a bad experience. So for the 1126 average - poor reviews on that site (surprisingly some of them are positive ones so treat that number with a grain of salt) there'd be tens if not hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers unaccounted for.
In my experience, people only voice out their bad experience if they are really bad. I guess over 1000 negative feedbacks in 4 years and 4 months is not a bad indicator for how good /bad they are. However a lot of people believe the bad experience only happen to others.
I've purchased from a few of their different sales, I've never had any major issues.
I hope people do realise they stock clothes that are like 6 years+ old. I know someone who works there…..
most of their stuff comes directly from the manufacturer that is why some orders take longer they pre sell items and then order them in for dispatch
To be honest, and no offence, but I don't really think this changes…well, anything, does it? I mean. If the Brand and the Model (pretty sure it's not called a model for a clothing item but, oh well) are correct, then what's the issue?
Also, I'm fairly sure some of the brands and items themselves weren't even designed 6+ years ago? So…If your comment is correct, it certainly can't be a blanket for everything they sell. And I feel, not a justified reason for negative voting the deal.
Just my farthings worth.Well you answered your own question. I do agree not all their items are extremely old stock but some items have been in stock for a long long time. They aren't a bargain at the price by the time they sell it.
In addition their customer service is shit.

I don't see it as a major negative..u are still getting some of the clothes at a major discount..if u go to a dfo, u will never know how long they have kept inventory for..

- flares and top hats are good examples of clothing that may be functional but definitely expired in terms of fashion
- More a point about signing up to view product - i find this rude of companies coz even if u dont buy, You get the unwanted spam

haha , i usually snap up some good items as soon as they pop up at 8pm for VIP (7pm via Mobile site). They then become available for general public at 6am the following morning (5am via Mobile site).
