Dying Light (Incl. Be the Zombie) Steam Key - Uncut Version - $50.13AUD @ G2play

20

I was looking around for a cheap price on a Dying Light + Be the Zombie Steam key.

Found this one which seemed to be the cheapest. Others may benefit :)

I have purchased and can personally confirm that it can be activated and is playable on an australian steam account, so no region lock issues exist.

Not sure if the uncut version is any different, I bought it just to be sure I wasn't being ripped off.

I've purchased this and plenty of other things from g2play without an issue, in my opinion they are definitely a reputable retailer.

    Don't say they're reputable, they aren't.

    • My experiences have only been good over the last 5 years, I must have bought at least 15 different products off of them including pre-paid time cards and other games. In my opinion they are reputable.

      What experience led you to believe they are not?

        Keys are usually obtained by stolen credit cards or being sourced from cheaper regions which means eventually they might be revoked, in the end potentially costing the dev/publisher a lot of money from charge backs etc. It's the shady side of the business.

        As Letrico, buy at own risk.

        • Usually is a little strong worded don't you think. I could track the orders from g2play exactly but I've bought 5 or 6 steam games from them in the last 5 years and not 1 has been revoked, while it is definitely a risk, using the word 'usually' could be a little over the top

          @Reubzy:
          In some cases, sure. However there's always been a lot of controversy with these two websites. If you have time maybe read this article, explains the situation in detail. I apologise if I'm being rude, I just don't like these illegitimate marketplaces.

          @kaneissik:

          No need to apologise :) A very interesting read

        • @Reubzy:
          :)! Peace

        • One of the many reasons why I, as Esio Entertainment, don't include G2A in price comparisons or call them a competitor.

    • Well they certainly are reputable BUT they may not be legitimate. That would be a better way to word it. G2play is just a marketplace so the sellers with high rating are reputable but we don't know how legitimately they obtain the key.

      I would just say, buy at your own risk.

      • Good to know, thanks. I've certainly never had an issue with them but I will keep this in mind :)

      • Yep, should've worded better. Thanks

  • My experience with Steam is that you may very well activate a game and have it banned 2 months later as the editor will report stolen keys.
    I got scammed once like that.

    • Left for Dead 2 from g2play still going strong after years. Wasn't aware this occured though to be honest

      • Just google "Steam" and "revoke".

        I have games which I bought from CD-key resellers which are still working fine. But every time you buy a new key, you take yours chances.

  • I opted for AUD$39.99 from OzGameShop (now $40.99)

    This one only releases late Feb, but I don't mind. Get the preorder goodies too.
