      If anyone is having trouble getting a reading, try this:
      1. Lie hand, palm up, on table, with fingers stretched out but relaxed
      2. Place phone on hand, with the index finger covering the flash and camera.
      3. Do not squeeze, just let the phone rest on your finger/hand
