  For Brisbane ones do a Google search for RACQ Secure Parking. Better deals: $4 weekend & evening parking which is half price, and 10% off weekday casual.

  I love using secure-a-spot especially on weekday nights. However, their computer system really sucks.
  First I logged in, found the parking, book now, and it asked for me to log in again. But this second log-in would not accept my password whatsoever. So they blocked my account. Rang them up, answer was to create another email. I had created 3 emails now with everyone in the family, and now am running out of emails!

  Some months back they did email to say they were upgrading the system or some sort, and we need to recreate our account, which I did.

  BTW, I didnt get this email.

    I found my own solution:
    Found their FaceBook page, sent them a message on Sunday, and they replied on Monday to say they had forwarded to their QLD team. Got an email from the QLD team to say that they had unlocked my account.
